"Sinh hoa tan" is a traditional medicinal drug that has the functions such as activation blood, analgesic, and is usually used for postpartum women, or woman after abortion. This drug shows high efficiency in the cases. However, the disadvantage of the drug is the used formula as a mixture of diverse herbs, for which it takes a lot of time to prepare. To modernize traditional medicine and to make the use of pregnant women more comfortable, we research on the preparation of granulates, which are more convenient to use and easier to drink. The results of this research was constructing the process of preparing granulates from the extracts of the herbal drugs combined with Lactose. Initially setting the facility standards for granulates “Sinh hoa tan” based on the requirement of Vietnamese Pharmacopoea IV. Analyzing at the Hanoi Testing Center gives results that the manufactured granulates fully meet the requirements of the facility standards.

    Cordyceps militaris war cultured on dead Brihaspa atrostigmella at temperature 20 – 22oC, humidity 91-95%, the product had long: 48.58 ± 0.42 mm (RSD = 0.86%); stroma yield: 24.75 ± 1.36% (RSD = 5.49%); Adenosine content: 1.148 ± 0.019 mg / g (RSD = 1.66%); no sample are broken.

Cordyceps militaris quality standards are constructed with the following: description, weight loss due to drying, assay adenosine, packaging.

Objective: To assess the effect of radiotherapy UTP KTBN using 3D-CRT technique with linear accelerator in hospital K in 50 patients with radiotherapy alone radical radical from September 2016 to April / 2017. Total dose of 60Gy. Results: 64% of the patients met objective criteria according to RECIST standard version 1.0. Hematologic toxicities were common at all levels 1, 2 were hypopituitarism (32%), leucopenia (24%). Acute hepatotoxic toxicity is 50%. Hematological toxicities are common at all levels including esophagitis (82%) and cough / shortness of breath (74%). No severe toxicity (Grade 3 and Grade 4).

In short: The response rate and toxicity results are acceptable. This suggests that the possibility of applying pure base radiation alone in patients with Down's syndrome III in health facilities is effective.
